Darocha reportedly had his child in the back seat of his car when police surrounded it to arrest him, so he allegedly rammed his car into an unmarked cruiser, reports MetroWest Daily News. Darocha was spotted in a lot on Worcester Road on surveillance, police suspecting him in the home invasion listed above. After he hit the police cruiser, he was arrested.
On Dec. 14 just before 2 a.m., two men barged into 48 Phelps Road, one intruder pointing a gun at the tenant. The tenant was shot in the arm with birdshot, after which the intruders ran. Darosha pleaded not guilty at the arraignment. Read the report from MetroWest Daily News.
