MASSACHUSETTS — It isn't so much a question of what there is to do in the Boston area and beyond, but rather, what should locals do?

In Framingham, the rising golf brand PXG will host a Hometown Heroes event, in which police and fire departments from Framingham, Worcester, Sudbury, Billerica and more will go head-to-head in golf competitions.

The event is scheduled from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Framingham store, and entry fees for the competitions will be donated to support Cops for Kids with Cancer and the Local 1652 Scholarship Fund.
