Noah Kahan, Jon Stewart, John Mulaney And Pete Davidson Tours Headline MA's Weekend Events

Plus: A stacked concert lineup in Worcester, an anniversary in Framingham and two Boston food festivals. Here's what to know.

MASSACHUSETTS — It isn't so much a question of what there is to do in the Boston area and beyond, but rather, what should locals do?

Welcome to Patch's latest weekly roundup of highlight-worthy events across the city and surrounding areas. We've compiled them into one, easy-to-follow list, for your weekend planning.

This weekend has tons to offer locals. For the food — and drink — inclined, Boston is set to host two separate food festivals. First, Saturday will be the annual Battle of the Burger, followed by Sunday's Boston Seafood Festival. Also on Saturday, Framingham's Exhibit 'A' Brewery celebrates its seventh anniversary.

The weekend's concert lineup is loaded with Speedy Ortiz, Cigarettes After Sex and Murder by Death all playing area shows just on Friday. Saturday's concert lineup features Noah Kahan, The Tallest Man on Earth, Yung Gravy and Billy Idol with support from Alex Cameron. Godspeed You! Black Emperor, All Time Low and Paris Texas all play local shows on Sunday, as if the first two days weren't enough.

But perhaps the biggest names on the weekend's event lineup come in the form of three comedians when Jon Stewart, John Mulaney and Pete Davidson bring their join tour to the Mass Mutual Center in Springfield on Friday.
