Nursing Home Resident's Death a Mystery to Family
A woman died after falling from a second floor window on Tuesday and her family is searching for answers, according to reports.

FRAMINGHAM, MA - Mary Marco, 63, of Framingham died after falling from a second-floor window at the Golden Living Center in Newton on Tuesday, according to Wicked Local.
“Nobody saw her fall and the only reason is because someone found her in the parking lot and we don't know how long she was laying there before she was found,” her son, Robert Marco, told WCVB-TV.
Her son got the call on Tuesday evening and was told that she only suffered minor injuries, but upon arriving at Mass General, they found out that she had broken most of her bones and there was nothing they could do, WCVB-TV reported.

The Marcos told WCVB-TV that they think she was trying to open the window because she had mentioned that it gets too hot in her room. They also said that it wasn’t her first accident there, as she fell out of her bed three weeks after arriving and hit her head, resulting in eight stitches.
A spokesperson for Golden Living Center refused to answer questions but released a statement saying that they were cooperating with authorities and working to prevent further incidents, Wicked Local reported.
