Request for Proposal (RFP) for Grants for Older Adult Services

Notice of request for proposals is being issued MONDAY, JULY 21, 2025 for funding from Title III of the Older Americans Act to provide assistance in the areas of legal assistance. All proposals will be reviewed. These services must be provided to people age 60 and over who live in Ashland, Belmont, Brookline, Dover, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlborough, Natick, Needham, Newton, Northborough, Sherborn, Southborough, Sudbury, Waltham, Watertown, Wayland, Wellesley, Westborough, and Weston. Interested providers should obtain a Request for Proposal from Springwell by visiting our website at www.springwell.com where the entire RFP, including required forms, can be downloaded. Questions may be directed to Donlyn C. Cannella, Director of Community Services, dcannella@springwell.com. Completed Letters of Intent must be received no later than Friday, August 1, 2025 by 5pm (electronic copy only). Full proposals must be received by Friday, August 22, 2025 (electronic copy only) by 5pm in order to be considered for funding. Minority- and women-owned businesses encouraged to apply. Springwell reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if, in its judgment, the best interests of elders residing in its planning and service area would not be served.
