Road Closed For Framingham Gas Project

FRAMINGHAM, MA — An Eversource gas project is underway, which will have roadway impacts through mid-August.

Work is happening on Old Connecticut Path from 92 to 122 that's focused on replacing "leak-prone bare steel gas lines," officials said.

Work is currently underway and expected to continue through Aug. 15. The road is closed to through traffic during that time, officials said.

This comes as the city works through its ongoing paving project, a fact Framingham Department of Public Works officials said is "due to a scheduling error on Eversource’s part."
