Road Rage in Framingham Leads to Arrest of Milford Man
The man was charged with assault and battery for elbowing another man in the face.

FRAMINGHAM, MA - After a dispute on the road dragged into a Dunkin Donuts on Concord Street, Frank Mastroianni, 67, was arrested after elbowing another man in the face on Wednesday, Wicked Local reported.
Mastroianni approached an officer in Dunkin Donuts complaining that he was being harassed by another driver on the road. Shortly after, the man accused of harassing Mastroianni entered the store as Mastroianni was leaving and delivered the blow, according to Wicked Local.
Police arrested Mastroianni and charged him with assault and battery, and he was released on $250 bail at his District Court arraignment later that day, Wicked Local reported.
