SLIDESHOW: Framingham State Field Hockey Shut Out
The Rams return to action on Thursday, Sept. 10, when they host Roger Williams University.
UMaine- Farmington sophomore LeeAnne Greenleaf scored two goals in route to a 3-0 victory over Framingham State in a non-conference field hockey matchup Saturday afternoon at Maple Street Field in Framingham.
Greenleaf opened the scoring at the 29 minute mark when she tapped in a one-timer from the top of the arc sent by senior Mara Balboni. Greenleaf struck again with another one-time shot in the 43rd minute, this time from sophomore Sarita Crandall.
The final Beavers goal was scored by Emmah Spahr with Crandall again assisting.

Rams goalie Rosemary Talbot made twelve saves in the loss for the Rams while Patty Smith made 5 saves in the shutout win for UMF.
