Student Threats At Fuller Middle School Prompts Shelter In Place

All precautions were taken for students and staff.

FRAMINGHAM, MA—Framingham police were told of a possible threat on Wednesday, May 9, against at student at Fuller Middle School by another student.

Officers worked with Principal Jose Duarte and school staff to put a shelter in place while they identified and located the student in question. All parties involved were interviewed and it was determined that the situation occurred several days ago, said the announcement.

All precautions were taken to ensure that safety of Fuller Middle School students and staff. Officials from the school said there was no immediate threat to the school and authorities continue to work with the students to resolve the issue.

The shelter in place was been lifted and students are continuing with their regularly scheduled classes and MCAS testing.
