Here are some samples: The Junior Police Academy, 9 a.m to noon, July 23 to July 27. Summer Kayaking and Canoe Clinic: July 17, Aug. 8 and Aug. 14: Ekblaw Landing; July 24, Silver Lake Beach. Homemade Boat Regatta, July 4, Silver Lake Beach. Build a sand castle day, 1 to 4 p.m., Aug. 4.
