Landlord Hopes To Revive South Grafton Living Lab

GRAFTON, MA—The landlord of a greenhouse lab in South Grafton used for local colleges to study how plant life affects rivers and lakes is hoping to revive that lab.

Gene Bernat is the landlord for the South Grafton Living Lab, which is located in Mill Villages Park next to the river, reports the Grafton News.

Bernat said that while grant money dried up to keep the lab viable, he hopes to focus his attention on bringing it back as a project that can "stand on its own."
