Christopher Tetreault, 28, whose address is listed as the Worcester County House of Correction, was indicted by a Worcester County Grand Jury. The Grand Jury also handed up an indictment for larceny from a building.
Tetreault is charged with the murder of Paul T. Weaver, 54, of Milford. Weaver was found inside his storage locker at 15 Beach St., Milford on August 17.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner performed an autopsy and determined Mr. Weaver died of multiple stab wounds and ruled the death a homicide.
An investigation by the State Police Detectives assigned to the Worcester County District Attorneyβs Office and the Milford Police Department led to a warrant for Tetreaultβs arrest. He was apprehended in Charlottesville, Va. with the assistance of Virginia State Police.
Before the Grand Jury handed up the indictments, Tetreault was arraigned in Milford District Court. He was held without bail. With the indictments, the case will move forward in Worcester Superior Court. A date for his arraignment in Superior Court has not yet been set.
