California Congresswoman Coming to Mass. for Veterans Roundtable
U.S. Rep. Loretta Sanchez (D-Calif.) will join Congressional candidate Seth Moulton for an event on Wednesday, Oct. 1.

A top ranking member of the House Armed Services Committee will be on the North Shore on Wednesday along with Congressional candidate for a roundtable discussion about veterans issues.
Seth Moulton (D-Salem) is running for the Sixth Congressional District seat against Richard Tisei (R-Wakefield) and independent Chris Stockwell of Marblehead. Moulton announced on Tuesday that he will be joined by U.S. Rep. Loretta Sanchez (D-Calif.) plus Lynn-area leaders and veterans for the roundtable discussion. Sanchez is the second highest ranking Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee and represents Orange County in southern California.
The sixth district in Massachusetts includes 39 cities and towns on the North Shore and north of Boston, stretching from Salisbury and Newburyport in the north to Lynn and Swampscott in the south and includes Beverly, Danvers, Gloucester, Peabody and Salem. With a population of about 90,000, Lynn is, by far, the largest community in the district.
