Essex Street Closure Begins Tuesday: Wenham DPW

WENHAM, MA – A notice sent to Wenham residents states that drivers on Essex Street may experience delays while the culvert at Penguin Hall is replaced, starting the week of July 1.

On Tuesday July 18, Essex Street will be closed from Grapevine Road to Beverly for roughly two weeks. When it reopens, it will be one lane from mid to late August.

The work dates are weather permitting, and may change. The Wenham DPW asks driver to use another route when possible.
