Hamilton Planning Board To Work On Cottage Bylaw
A cottage zoning expert will make a presentation to the Planning Board while the board works on a bylaw to allow cottage housing.
HAMILTON, MA – President of CapeBuilt Development, LLC, Rob Brennan will make a presentation to the Hamilton Planning Board on Tuesday regarding cottage housing, the Town of Hamilton blog reports.
According to the blog post, the board is discussing possible edits to a draft of a bylaw that would allow cottage housing in town.
The meeting will be on Tuesday, July 11, at 7 p.m. in Hamilton Town Hall.
