Hamilton 2016 Election Results: Question 4 Lost With 61 Votes In Town

HAMILTON-WENHAM, MA – Wenham released the town's unofficial results around 10 p.m. Tuesday. Hamilton's results were released on Wednesday.

Hamilton Unofficial Results:

• Hamilton elected Hillary Clinton with 2,626 votes.
• Congressman Seth Moulton won his uncontested race.
• Eileen Duff won the seat on the Governor's Council.
• Senator Bruce Tarr won his uncontested race.
• Representative Brad Hill won his uncontested race.
• Anne Manning-Martin won the town with roughly 200 votes over Essex County Sheriff-Elect Kevin Coppinger.
• Question 1 (slot licenses) lost.
• Question 2 (charter schools) lost.
• Question 3 (free range chickens) won.
• Question 4 (recreational marijuana) lost by 61 votes.

Wenham Unofficial Results:

• Clinton/Kaine won the town with 1,368 votes.
• Congressman Seth Moulton won his uncontested race.
• Richard A. Baker won the town for Governor's Council.
• Senator Bruce E. Tarr won his uncontested race.
• Representative Bradford R. Hill won his uncontested race..
• The town went for Anne Manning-Martin for Essex County Sheriff by roughly 200 votes.
• Question 1 (slot licenses) lost.
• Question 2 (charter schools) lost.
• Question 3 (free range chickens) won.
• Question 4 (recreational marijuana) lost.

Come on America, we can get through this. Voters march to the polls on Tuesday, Nov. 8, to help decide one of the most historical presidential elections in most of our lifetimes.

From 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., voters hit voting booths across the country, electing not only our next commander-in-chief, but members of congress, state representatives and senators, councillors and county sheriffs in their communities.
