Lombardo Misses Out on Top Danvers Job, Goes to Conn. Man
Hamilton Town Manager Michael Lombardo was one of three finalists to become the new town manager in Danvers.

Michael Lombardo, Hamilton’s first ever town manager, was not selected to become the first new town manager in Danvers in three decades after public interviews on Monday night.
Danvers selectmen voted on Monday night to offer the town manager position to Steve Bartha, who is currently serving as the assistant town manager in Avon, Conn.
The Town Manager Screening Committee in Danvers interviewed six candidates on Thursday at St. John’s Preparatory School, and submitted three finalists to selectmen. One of those three finalists was Lombardo, as well as Andrew P. Flanagan, the deputy town manager in Arlington.
