Senior Property Tax Work-Off Program Details Posted
Senior citizens in Wenham are able to earn an abatement on their real estate property tax bill.

Wenham residents who are at least 60 years old have the opportunity to earn an abatement on their property tax bills.
Under the guidelines of the program, Wenham seniors the opportunity to earn an hourly wage of $9 to apply to a property tax abatement of up to $750.
Positions are available in various departments throughout the town, and job placements are likely be made with the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Finance Office, Town Permitting Office, Council on Aging, and the Hamilton-Wenham Regional Library.
