SEX OFFENDER MAP: Where Do Hamilton's and Wenham's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Wenham has two Level 3 sex offenders living in the town, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ”high risk” to re-offend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

Hamilton doesn’t currently have any Level 3 offenders registered as living or working in town.

• Peter M. Johnson, 64, lives at 66 Cedar St. Convicted of rape and abuse of a child (4 offenses) in November 2003.
• Kevin Michael O’Connell, 47, lives at 63 Maple St. Convicted of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 (7 offenses) in July 1995; rape and abuse of a child (4 offenses) in July 1995; and posing or exhibiting a child in a state of nudity or sexual conduct in July 1995.
