The weather is getting colder. People are gathering indoors. With the holidays approaching, many Hamilton residents plan on visiting family and friends.
Unfortunately, we are still in the midst of the COVID pandemic. Not taking basic precautions, like getting vaccinated and getting boostered when eligible, will give the COVID-19 virus opportunity to infect people and spread in our community.

The Board of Health for the Town of Hamilton encourages all persons 5 years of age and older to get vaccinated against COVID-19, if not already. We also strongly encourage all vaccinated persons 18 years and older to get a booster dose of COVID vaccine.
You are eligible for a booster if you are 18+ and got a J&J vaccine at least 2 months ago, or a Moderna or Pfizer vaccine at least 6 months ago.
Why get a booster dose? Because studies are showing that the efficacy of the COVID vaccines wane over time, and we want you to be as protected as possible.
Go to the BOH webpage for more info and to reserve an appointment.
