12noon-2pm- Drive-thru pick up
2pm-4pm Walk-in to Senior Center for pick up during pedi vax clinic.
Limit: 2 test kits per household (each kit contains 2 tests).
2 KN95 mask packs. (Each pack contains 5 masks)
Self-attesting immunocompromised persons are eligible for 4 KN95 mask packs.
Limited to Hamilton and Wenham Residents. Proof of residency will be required (driver’s license, utility bill, etc.)
