Town Of Hamilton Share 'How To Register For A Coronavirus Vaccine'

All residents can pre-register for an appointment at a state run Mass vaccination site: https://vaccinesignup.mass.gov/#/

You can register now and, when you become eligible, you will automatically be entered into the queue to get an appointment. You will be notified by phone, text or email and will have 24 hours to reply. If you are unable to take the appointment, then you will not be put at the end of the line, but will be re-entered into the que, based on your eligibility.

Other options:

  1. Go to Vax Finder to find an appointment for any authorized Mass. Vaccination site. Additional appointments are generally added early on Thursdays. https://vaxfinder.mass.gov/?zip_or_city=01982&q=
  2. If you are a Beth Israel Lahey Health patient, then they will reach out to you via email once you are eligible and they have an appointment available. You will be given an appointment to one of 10 community vaccination sites. https://coronavirus.bilh.org/rollout/
  3. If you are a Mass General Brigham recent patient, then they will reach out to your via email once you are eligible and they have an appointment available. https://www.massgeneralbrigham.org/covid19/vaccine#availability-and-scheduling
  4. CVS: CVS Hamilton is offering the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, but you need to sign up for the appointment online: https://www.cvs.com/immunizations/covid-19-vaccine?icid=cvs-home-hero1-link2-coronavirus-vaccine
  5. Walgreens: Walgreens is offering appointments: https://www.walgreens.com/topic/promotion/covid-vaccine.jsp

Veterans:

  1. Veterans who are enrolled with the VA health centers can get a vaccine by going to this site: https://www.bedford.va.gov/services/covid-19-vaccines.asp and/or calling: 781-687-4000
  2. Veterans who are also first-responders and are enrolled with the VA health centers may walk in for a vaccine Tues-Sat 7am-2pm. Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital in Bedford, Mass

What to do if you are 75 plus and don’t have/can’t do online registration:

  1. Call 211
  2. Call the Medical Reserve Corps volunteer line and they can help you register if you don’t have the ability to register on-line: 978-717-3700

Homebound:

Are you in need of a homebound appointment? The Town of Hamilton hopes to be able to resume vaccinating eligible homebound persons in their homes in the near future. These people must meet extra eligibility requirements. Please let us know of your need, and we can pre-screen you for eligibility and put you on our waitlist. Please call 978 590-7376.
