Wenham Armed Robbery: Police Search For Suspects

Two men were caught on surveillance tape robbing the Richdale convenience store.

WENHAM, MA – Wenham Police are searching for two men who reportedly robbed a convenience store at knifepoint last Saturday.

According to a statement from the Wenham Police, officers responded to the Richdale convenience store on Topsfield Road on Saturday around 8 p.m. Two men had come in with their faces covered, and one allegedly brandished a knife and threatened the clerk demanding money.

The two men took an undisclosed amount of cash and ran.

Police released surveillance photos on Wednesday night, and the men are described as thin men, possibly white or Hispanic, approximately 19 to 22 years old. One was wearing a red sweatshirt, and the other was wearing all black.

The suspects are possibly connected to another robbery of a sandwich shop in Peabody.
