Wenham Needs Committee Members For Police Captain Screening

Any resident can apply to serve on the Police Captain Screening Committee.

WENHAM, MA – Continuing the town's search for a new police captain, Wenham is looking for residents to serve on the screening committee.

The ad hoc committee will help the town screen applicants for the police captain position, according to a posting on the town website. While some law enforcement experience on the committee would be helpful, anyone can apply.

Letters of interest should be submitted by March 15 either through mail to the Board of Selectmen at Wenham Town Hall, 138 Main St., or by emailing nroebuck@wenhamma.gov.

The committee will work with the consulting firm the town hired to help recruit and hire a candidate, and will help narrow down applicants to a group of finalists.
