Some of the heaviest precipitation is expected during the evening commute, and Secretary of State William Galvin (acting governor) <a href="https://hingham.patch.com/groups/politics-and-elections/p/state-to-private-employers-send-your-workers-home-early-tuesday-hingham">has sent non-emergency state workers home</a>. He is also suggesting private businesses send employees home by 4 p.m.
