Holliston 911 Calls Include OUI Arrests, Harassment-by-Singing
The following information was provided by the Holliston Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, May 2
9:07 a.m.: Police followed up on a harassment investigation on Beverly Circle, and advised a person about possible court action.
11:31 a.m.: The person who had been advised earlier in the morning called police to report the defendant was refusing to move from the road on Beverly Circle and was blocking her.

2:51 p.m.: The alleged victim in the aforementioned harassment case said the defendant was blowing the horn on Beverly Circle and singing "God Bless America." Police logged the complaint.
5:43 p.m.: A caller from Gorwin Drive was concerned a person running a pet grooming vehicle had been parked in front of her house since noon. Police spoke with the owner of the company; all was OK.

11:17 p.m.: Police checked on a car on Washington Street that had a flat tire. The driver said he hit a pothole on Brook Street and was waiting for AAA.
Friday, May 3
8:49 a.m.: Richard T. Norris, of 4 Sophia Dr., Uxbridge, was arrested on Washington Street and charged on a warrant for being a fugitive from justice without a warrant. Milford police had said they had probable cause to arrest Norris on a charge of domestic assault and battery.
4:20 p.m.: A Francine Drive resident reported receiving phone calls on her cell phone and landline that she believed were related to a scam involving a fake alarm company. She requested that police log the incident.
7:21 p.m.: A resident on Adams Street reported finding a small plastic can with an unknown liquid inside and a small fire nearby that she was able to extinguish. The Fire Department responded.
7:35 p.m.: A Beverly Circle resident reported his neighbor was "singing, waving and beeping" his car horn.
Saturday, May 4
12:24 a.m.: An officer on Washington Street reported a Jeep was driving outside of the marked lanes. Andrew T. Kennedy, 40, of 450 Adams St., Holliston, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.
1:23 p.m.: Police advised two young boys on Fiske Street to wear bike helmets.
8:53 p.m.: A caller from Winthrop Street called police and asked about allowing a man in her house. Police strongly advised her against this several times as this would be in direct violation of an active restraining order. She was told to go to court Monday if she wanted to vacate the order, or wait until it expired on Tuesday.
Sunday, May 5
5:01 a.m.: A driver reported striking a deer on High and Locust streets.
2:48 p.m.: Police responded to the report of an altercation at the soccer complex on Marshall Street. Two people were arguing over a parking space.
9:06 p.m.: A Sweet Grass Lane resident noticed around 7 p.m. the passenger rear tire of his/her vehicle had been slashed. The caller had since repaired the tire and declined to follow up with police; a log entry was requested.
9:11 p.m.: A motor vehicle crashed into a stone wall on Mill Street; there were no injuries. Nilson A. Desouza, 39, of 19 Victor Rd., Apt. B, Framingham, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.
