A bicyclist was struck by a car on West Main at School streets in Hopkinton Thursday afternoon, according to an initial scanner report. The collision was reported about 3:30 p.m., at the intersection near the Upton line. According to Hopkinton Fire Chief Ken Clark, the woman was transported by helicopter to UMass Trauma Center in Worcester. A landing zone was established on South Street at EMC. The extent of her injuries was not disclosed. Holliston-Hopkinton Patch will update this post with more information as it becomes available.
