Deadly Shooting Reported on Centre Street: Update
Breaking: A man was shot several times overnight in Jamaica Plain.

JAMAICA PLAIN, MA - A man was killed overnight in a shooting on Centre Street near the Jackson Square MBTA Station.
The Boston Police Department said the shooting happened around 1 a.m. Tuesday morning.
The victim, a man in his 40s, was reportedly found shot multiple times inside an apartment complex at 267 Centre Street. He was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries, police said.

An active investigation is underway, according to police, who are asking for anyone with information to come forward.
