The Jamaica Plain Forum will address this issue with a book talk tonight led by author Wenonah Hauter, whose book "Foodopoloy: The Battle Over The Future of Food and Farming in America," targets a handful of corporations who she claims controls United States food production.
"Hauter believes that the local food movement is not enough to solve America’s food crisis and the public health debacle it has created," says a post on the JP Forum site.

Wenonah Hauter will speak tonight at the JP Forum event which begins at 7 p.m. inside First Church Jamaica Plain, 6 Eliot St. The Forum asks that interested guests RSVP via Facebook or email.
