Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014 At 2:36 p.m. police responded to South Street for a breaking and entering to a residence. At 3:02 p.m. failure to register as a sex offender was reported on Washington Street. At 4:05 p.m. motor vehicle plates were reported missing on School Street. At 4:30 p.m. Priscilla A. Duarte, of Dighton, was arrested for shoplifting on Centre Street. At 5:56 p.m. police responded to Marbury Terrace for a leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident report. At 9:00 p.m. a juvenile was arrested for assault and battery on Heath Street. At 10:32 p.m. police responded to Bragdon Street for assault with a dangerous weapon.
