Two Arrested After Shootout at Forest Hills MBTA Station
Multiple gunshots rang out Friday morning in Boston's Jamaica Plain neighborhood.

Boston Police arrested two people Friday morning after multiple gunshots rang out at the Forest Hills MBTA station in Jamaica Plain.
The shots were fired around 7:30 a.m., at the height of the morning rush. According to police, a fight on an MBTA bus spilled out onto Washington Street, resulting in multiple shots fired.
Police said one suspect opened fire on a group of four people after exiting the bus. Police believe a second suspect returned fire at the gunman. Police were able to subdue the suspects following a brief foot chase.

Kisean Parker and Kevasia Lowe, both 18, were taken into custody. The two were charged with unlawful gun possession and assault by means of a dangerous weapon, among several other charges. They will be arraigned in West Roxbury Municipal Court next week.
No injuries were reported in the shooting. Police did recover four bullet casings from the scene, according to a police report.
