5 Things: Climate Cafe to Talk Natural Gas

A quick look at what you need to see, do and know on June 26 in Concord.

1. At 7 p.m. tonight, the Climate Summer team will stop by the Church of St. Brigid as it travels by bicycle to towns along the Algonquin natural gas pipeline. Guest Dr. Nathan Phillips, BU professor, will document significant gas leaks in the Boston area. 

2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, the only public meeting posted for today is the Recreation Committee's Lincoln Park Subcommittee at 4:30 p.m. at the Town Office Building.

3. Lexington Senior Receives Honey Dew Donuts Scholarship: This year, according to an announcement, Lexington's Thaya Psyhojos was one of the area students selected to receive a 2013 Honey Dew Donuts Scholarship of $250.

5. Warm, Maybe Storms: Another warm one in the forecast, with highs of 87 and a 50 percent chance of thunderstorms, according to the National Weather Service, which predicts continued chance of storms overnight and a low of 69.
