Lexington PD Release Video Series About Department

LEXINGTON, MA — Lexington police are releasing a series of informational videos on its social media platforms to inform residents about the inner-workings of the department.

The video series will be released over the next few weeks on the police department's Facebook and Twitter feeds, but all recorded videos are also available on the police department website. The videos feature Lexington Police Department officers and staff explaining their specific duties and departments.

The department has published over two dozen videos, all of which are about two to three minutes long.

In November, the Lexington Police Department published a list of answers to frequently asked questions about policing in Lexington. The questions came after the town's September discussion titled "Community Conversation on Race and Social Equity, Diversity, and Policing."
