• Damages – Fee award (masslawyersweekly.com) — A Middlesex Superior Court judge has finalized damages, attorney fees, and costs in a lawsuit involving CareOne at Lexington’s handling of a former resident’s medical records. The court ultimately set a single $9,000 damages award, limited recoverable legal fees and costs to those incurred before a 2020 settlement rejection, and approved certain taxable costs and prejudgment interest.
