No Trash & Recycling Collection On December 17 In Lexington

Please do NOT put trash and recyclables at the curb tomorrow so we can safely plow the roads.

With a severe snow storm in the forecast, E.L. Harvey & Sons has postponed curbside trash and recycling collection for Thursday, December 17. This includes collection of appliances, TVs, and computers. Please also hold any curbside textile recycling (in the pink bags) until next week on your regular collection day.

Please do NOT put trash and recyclables at the curb tomorrow so we can safely plow the roads.

E.L. Harvey will resume curbside collection services on a one-day delayed schedule for the remainder of this week, impacting only Thursday and Friday collection routes. So, if your normal collection day is Thursday, it will be picked up Friday, and if it's Friday, it will be picked up on Saturday.

Parking

Additionally, to ensure safe and efficient snow removal, an on-street parking ban will be in-effect beginning tonight, Wednesday, December 16th at 11:59PM and will continue through Friday, December 18th at 6:00AM. Please remain parked off-street during this time to avoid ticketing and towing.
