This is a great opportunity to participate in this nationally known event with a long history. No experience necessary.

Patriots' Day is Lexington's biggest yearly event. Many thousands of people gather at the Battle Green on Monday for the reenactment of the "Shot heard 'round the world" that began the American Revolution. And there are events occuring all weekend.

NOTE: Monday, April 18 is a Massachusetts holiday, and Town offices and the Community Center will be closed. Cary Library will be closed Sunday and Monday. Trash collection will be on a 1 day delay all week.

Ambassadors
Parade Ambassadors march in teams of 2 or 3 in front of a parade unit, carrying a banner with the name of the local business sponsor of that unit.
This is a great opportunity to participate in this nationally known event with a long history. No experience necessary! Parade Ambassadors receive complimentary tee shirts. High school students earn 4 hours of community service credit.
