ConCom Signs Purchase & Sale Agreement For Richardson Green Parcel In Town Of Lynnfield!

In its Dec. 14, 2021 Conservation Commission meeting, board members signed the Purchase & Sale Agreement for the 20+ acre Richardson Green forested parcel in northern Lynnfield. The Lynnfield Select Board exercised the Town's Right of First Refusal to purchase the undeveloped property and see to its protection in perpetuity.
