Healthy Living Expo To Be Held on May 17th
A Healthy Lynnfield and The Wakefield Lynnfield Chamber of Commerce to Host 2nd Annual Event

A Healthy Lynnfield, an active community partnership working hard to prevent substance misuse and to ensure those impacted have the help they need, and The Wakefield Lynnfield Chamber of Commerce, have joined to organize the 2nd annual Healthy Living Expo. The free event, open to all community members, will take place on Saturday, May 20th from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Lynnfield Town Common. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be held at Lynnfield Middle School.
Attendees will be able to visit with more than 40 health, wellness, and lifestyle vendors and other organizations, including:
- Blood Pressure Screenings
- Personal Fitness, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Coaches
- Mini Massages and Stretching Tables
- Therapy Dogs for Petting
- Health-Focused Teas from Empower
- Fitness with The Vault
- Tai Chi
- Karate Demo with Cervizzi’s
- Geraniums on sale to benefit Townscape (pre-order at townscape-lynnfield.org)
- CarFit – Auto Safety Adjustments for Drivers (pre-registration required at 781-598-0178)
Kids activities will include face painting, kids’ yoga, and family entertainer, Steve Blunt. Soccer Shots will also be offering mini lessons for 2–5-year-olds. Click on the link at www.ahealthylynnfield.org/about-the-expo to sign up for a session.

“Our first Healthy Living Expo was so well-received last year that we knew immediately that we would have to do it again,” said Peg Sallade, Substance Use Prevention Coordinator, A Healthy Lynnfield. “This year we have even more vendors and activities and hope that we have a huge turnout.”
