LYNNFIELD, MA - A home in Lynnfield went up in flames early Saturday morning.
Firefighters reportedly said the fire at 844 Main Street grew quickly because of the wood-frame building, according to WHDH-TV. The North Reading Fire Department assisted in knocking down the flames, WHDH reported. Lynnfield Fire Lt. David Cumming said the "well involved" fire was a two alarm blaze. FOX 25 reported an arrest was made at the address hours earlier for an alleged assault.
