Wayfair Comes To North Shore With First AllModern Retail Store

LYNNFIELD, MA — Wayfair plans to open a retail location for its AllModern brand at MarketStreet Lynnfield as part of an effort to bring three brick-and-mortar stores to Massachusetts in 2022.

The Lynnfield location is expected to be followed by an AllModern store at Legacy Place in Dedham and a Joss & Main store at the Burlington Mall.

Wayfair said it intends to add additional targeted retail locations in the state over the next two years.

"We could not be more thrilled to partner with Wayfair and see how this forward-thinking, digitally native brand comes to life with the opening of AllModern at MarketStreet Lynnfield and Legacy Place," Micah Norton, Vice President of Leasing, WS Development, said in a statement to Patch. "Our open-air destinations are known for bringing together community and we intend to work closely together to create one-of-a-kind experiences for Wayfair's customers."

WS Development owns and manages MarketStreet Lynnfield.

Wayfair said the retail location will "offer distinctive retail environments that bring each brand to life." The AllModern location will sell furniture as well as tabletop, bedding and bath, seasonal items and more.
