Derailed MBTA Subway Car at Oak Grove
No injuries were reported; buses are running between Oak Grove and Wellington Station.
A derailed Orange Line car at the Oak Grove MBTA Station on Friday night diverted subway service to buses running between Oak Grove and Wellington Station.
Subway service was back to normal Saturday morning, according the MBTA's website.
The derailed subway car was almost entirely inside Oak Grove station. Crews were on scene to lift the damaged car.

MBTA Police Officer Kelly Daniel told Malden Patch that no injuries were reported due to the derailment, which the MBTA first put out an alert for at 8:09 p.m. As of 10:20 p.m. on Friday night, buses were still running between Oak Grove and Wellington as the MBTA worked on the derailed subway car.
