Drop-Off Toys For Local Kids and 'Toys for Tots'

MALDEN, MA - The Malden Firefighters are collecting toys for local children.

Boxes have been delivered to businesses and organizations throughout the city - including the Mayor’s office - for the collection of new, unwrapped toys for local area children as well as for “Toys for Tots.”

Toys will be collected until a week before Christmas and will be delivered to children in need, according to city officials.

Additionally, a raffle will be held on Dec. 19 to raise funds for the purchase of gift cards for children at Children’s Hospital in Boston. For more information about the raffle, contact Peter McLean at 781-589-1351.
