All are invited to join our Chinese neighbors and friends in a cultural dialogue through a costume contest and the celebration of Halloween.
Besides the costume contest, there will be several other activities for people of all ages, including mural drawing; mask making; decorating trick or treat bags; music and dancing.
Refreshments and drinks will be served. Free parking.
