Fall Fest Planned At Malden Beebe School
The event will feature attractions ranging from hot chocolate to a pet costume contest.

MALDEN, MA — Malden community members can head to the Beebe School Plaza in town this weekend for hot chocolate, music and more at a planned fall festival event.
The Fall Fest on the Plaza event is set for Saturday, Oct. 22 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the plaza at 401 Pleasant St.
In addition to hot chocolate and music, the event will feature goodie bags, pumpkin decorating, a fall photo backdrop for family photos and a pet costume contest, as noted in an event announcement.

Malden’s Paws & Purrfection Company is sponsoring the contest, which kicks off at 1 p.m.
The Chinese Culture Connection is also sponsoring this weekend’s celebrations.

The event is free and open to the public. Costumes are encouraged.
The Friends of Oak Grove, Ward 3 City Councilor Amanda Linehan, Councilor at Large Karen Colon-Hayes, Ward 3 School Committee Representative Jennifer Spadafora and the Beebe School PTO are all helping organize this event.
