Two Hospitalized After Malden House Fire
The multi-family home caught fire Wednesday evening.
MALDEN, MA — One resident and one firefighter were transported to the hospital after a fire broke out at a residence on 206 Ferry St., according to the Malden Fire Department.
The three-alarm blaze broke out on Wednesday evening at the large, multi-family home, which is reportedly more than 5,000 square feet in size and has 10 bedrooms. Flames and heavy smoke were seen emanating from the roof, eventually causing a partial collapse.
The cause of the fire has yet to be determined and remains under investigation.
