Malden Commission Is In Need Of A New Member
The Conservation Commission has one vacancy to fill.

MALDEN, MA — The city’s Conservation Commission is looking for a resident to fill a newfound vacancy.
The Commission’s goal is to govern according to Massachusetts General Law’s Wetlands and Rivers Protection Acts and preserve any and all conservation land. It advises other city boards and officials on conservation and other environmentally related issues. While the Commission is ad hoc, it usually meets on Tuesdays at 7 p.m.
Members are appointed by the Mayor and later confirmed by the City Council. Interested residents can apply online and are urged to attach their resumes to the application.
