Malden General Election Early Voting Now Underway
Malden will host early voting across roughly two weeks before next month's general election.

MALDEN, MA — Early in-person voting in Malden began on Saturday as the city kicks off roughly two weeks of voting before next month’s state general election.
Early voting is taking place in Malden City Hall.

There will be no in-person early voting on Friday, Oct. 28.

- Oct. 29; Last day for voter registration
- Nov. 1; Deadline to send a vote by mail application to receive a ballot in time for Election Day
- Nov. 7; Deadline to request an absentee ballot in person
- Nov. 8; Election Day
Election Day voting will run from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at various polling places in Malden. Find your polling place here.
Voters in Malden in this year's election will settle a contested race in the 5th Middlesex State Senate district, where incumbent and Democrat Jason Lewis is running against Republican challenger Ed Dombroski.
