“The two suspects would not have been caught so quickly if the Uniformed Division had not acted swiftly, been diligent in their observations, been thorough when they arrived, and conducted a strong canvass while on the scene on 04/01/2025,” Malden police said in a statement. “Their diligent actions led to the recovery of a loaded firearm, a description of the car involved, and a general description of the offenders fleeing from the scene.”

Trinidad and Ibrahim have been charged with home invasion and firearm-related crimes.
