MALDEN, MA — Police are looking to identify a suspect and vehicle in connection with an assault in Malden Wednesday night.

A man was assaulted after an attempt to steal his personal belongings, police said. The incident happened around 8 p.m.

The vehicle involved is described as a silver/gray Honda Civic with a dark front bumper, altered exhaust and pink Lyft decal.
