Malden Woman Arrested On Charges Of Threatening ICE Agents: Report

The woman was due in court on Thursday.

MALDEN, MA — A resident is facing charges after reportedly threatening to kill Immigration Customs and Enforcement agents, according to a report from WCVB NewsCenter 5.

Bethany Terill, 37, is being accused of verbal abuse toward and attempting to physically interfere with ICE agents and their immigration arrests. The incident took place outside of Malden District Court on Sept. 29. She filmed the incident on her phone while verbally expressing her disagreement with the agency’s operations. In addition, she also reportedly threatened to kill officers. She refused to get out of the agents’ way after reportedly being warned multiple times.

A charge of threatening a U.S. official carries a potential sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
